Simple Oven Potatoes

These simple oven potatoes are my absolute favorite way to fix potatoes as a side with dinner. They're crispy and crunchy on the outside, and creamy on the inside with a great buttery taste!

Ingredients

medium sized
russet potatoes, peeled and cut into one-inch pieces

tablespoon
butter, melted
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
cracked black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Peel and chop potatoes and place on sheet tray. Pour melted butter over potatoes, followed by garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss potatoes to coat.
Bake for about 45 minutes to an hour, or until browned and crispy, tossing halfway through baking time.
Serve with beef, chicken, or fish.
