Biscuit dough and cheese are tossed together and dipped in pizza sauce in this gluten free pizza monkey bread. It's the perfect cheesy pull-apart appetizer!
Preheat oven to 425° F. Grease a 10-cup Bundt pan and set aside.
After making the biscuit dough, pat or roll it into a small oval or rectangular shape (it doesn't need to be perfect) that's about one inch thick. Cut it into small (roughly one inch) squares using a sharp knife, bench scraper, or pastry wheel.
Toss all the ingredients, except for the pizza sauce, in a large bowl until well mixed. Pour into the prepared Bundt pan (or 9 by 13-inch pan). Bake for 25 minutes, or until biscuits are baked through. Cover with foil halfway through baking if it's getting too brown.
Remove from the oven and use a butter knife to loosen the edges. Flip out onto a plate and then flip back over onto a serving platter (so the pretty side is up). Serve warm or at room temperature with pizza sauce.
